How to Cancel My Account

The account cancellation path is Mine > Click on username card > Personal information page > Cancel account > Cancel now. Please note that once an account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please think carefully and proceed with caution. After successful cancellation, you will not be able to log in or use that account. Any benefits purchased with that account or assets such as uploaded rules will not be retained.
