Matching Rules Not Working?

When matching rules are not executing as expected, it usually falls into the following scenarios:

(1) Rules created after notifications appear: When a matching rule is created, it cannot immediately match notifications that are already in the notification bar. The rules will match all new notifications that appear afterward.

(2) Some systems can hide notifications from locked applications, which will prevent getting notification content from that application. You can resolve this by going to the app lock's hidden notification content settings page and disabling it.
