No Sound in Notification Broadcast?
First, check if your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode. If the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode, you need to enable the "Effect in Do Not Disturb Mode" option in the rule's reminder or broadcast function.
For communication apps like WeChat and QQ, since they play alert sounds through the "Notification" media type when receiving messages, using the "Notification" media type for broadcasting might cause conflicts. It's recommended to use the "Media" type for broadcasting.
Next is the voice engine settings issue. When selecting a voice engine, the APP will automatically broadcast "Using XXX voice engine to broadcast notifications". If there's no broadcast after selection, it indicates that the engine is incompatible or unusable.
Some voice engines may require internet connection to work. If you experience intermittent broadcasting or delays, it's likely due to unstable network causing occasional voice synthesis failures. It's recommended to use offline engines.
