Notification Replacement Function Not Working?

There are generally two situations: either the notification permission for One Notify hasn't been granted (including permission for the replacement notification channel on Android 8.0+), or some systems have a Less Important Notifications Collection feature - just make sure One Notify's notifications aren't categorized there.
